We're approaching the end of the annual banned book week, so people all over have been picking up their copies of those nasty Harry Potter and Judy Blume books, and taking advantage of the freedoms that our forefathers fought for, freedoms that are being threatened in the name of the fight against terrorism:
On Saturday, October 2, at 12:30 p.m., the ALA and the Newberry Library team up to present "Read-Out: The American Library Association's 23rd Annual Banned Books Week"
If you're going to be in the Chicago area on Saturday you can check out all the info at the American Library Association's official page.
